Background: Prior to working with Schönheit, I was a professional chef for many years. I’ve been an avid home gardener for the last 18 years, raising perennials, vegetables, and fruit.

First Interest in Gardening: Picking blueberries and selecting watermelons in my grandfather’s backyard garden. Of course that was in North Carolina, but I had dreams of what I could grow in Wisconsin!

Size of Garden: The vegetable garden is 24’ x 64’ and the rest is scattered over a half acre.

Favorite Garden Style: French Potager!

Pets: Nope. There’s a woodchuck that we don’t claim.

Hobbies/Interests: Cooking, sewing, reading, drinking wine
